Astragalus canadensis. Canada Milk Vetch is great for erosion control, pollinator gardens and riparian plantings. It’s found in a many locations including woodlands, shorelines and prairies. This legume does well in wet-mesic to dry-mesic soils, growing 36-48 inches in partial shade. Great for attracting pollinators like hummingbirds, bees and butterflies.
