Mountain Mint

Pycnanthemum virginianum. Found in open woodlands and savannas, wet meadows and prairies, moist bluffs, lakeshores and streambanks, and wetland margins. This fragrant wildflower attracts pollinators. Fits well in pollinator, rainwater, woodland, and prairie gardens. Grows well in dry to wet soil conditions in full to partial sunlight. Ranges from 2-3′ in height. White flowers bloom in Summer.
