Norway Poplar- Populous x 'Norway'

Seedling Height: 12-24 in

A large, vigorous, narrow crowned tree. Upright in all overall growth. Prefers clay loams to sandy loams. will not tolerate drought on upland sites. High water table required on course textured soils. Young trees are used as food by deer, rabbits, mice and beaver. Used in windbreaks, visual screens and provide quick tree cover. A green to dark green foliage with a yellow fall color. Leaf is 2-5" long, 2-5" wide.
